This workshop is all about empowerment through the healing and insightful tools that art provides. It’s designed to help you reconnect with your lost or suppressed inner power, embrace who you truly are, and express yourself authentically.
Through open conversation, we’ll explore the importance of having a healthy self-image, recognizing harmful limiting beliefs, and understanding how the self can become fragmented. We’ll focus on reconnecting with and nurturing the inner child. It’s about developing healthy self-esteem, self-love, and boundaries, all through the gentle, therapeutic power of art, colors, and creativity.
Anna, the artist and facilitator, is a survivor of a tumor disease who underwent a deep transformation to heal and reconnect with her true self. Along the way, she discovered and challenged deeply rooted misconceptions, overcame a severe identity crisis, and rebuilt her self-esteem and self-love.
The central message of Anna’s work—and of this workshop—is:
“Remember who you are.”
