At the heart – my work is a dedication to the rehabilitation of Love — the kind that transforms, heals, and reminds us of who we truly are.
Everyone deserves a chance to remember who they are and embrace their own journey toward wholeness. Each transition marks a chapter of growth, reflecting the layers of healing and transformation experienced.
Through art, writing, and gentle guidance, she intends to be a way shower for those seeking to Remember who they are.
Anna Kónya
“Remember Who You Are” is more than my personal mantra – it’s a shout out, a call, an urging for all of us to tap into our humanness, our wholeness, and not let fear take over.
I believe we all carry something true and powerful inside, and my work is creating space to reconnect with that spark.
I am Anna Kónya – a Transylvanian-born, Hungarian abstract artist, author, and Therapeutic Art Life Coach. I move between disciplines, blending painting, writing, and therapeutic art practices – because for me, art is not one thing, it’s a living, breathing language.
Through color, words, and creative process, I use art as both tool and channel for self-discovery, healing, and transformation – not just for myself, but for those who come across my work.
