This workshop is a gentle, introspective process. A space to slow down and sit with questions like “Who am I?” beyond roles, expectations, and old patterns.Through creating and observing You reconnect with your inner authority – your own voice and sense of direction. There is no pressure to perform or to “get it right.” Just a safe, grounded space where you can express what is there, reflect, and begin to relate to yourself differently. Not by becoming someone new, but by remembering who you are.
